I have had several property managers over the years, and Shane is by far the best. He managed one of my properties and has sold two of them. What really impressed me about the way he managed my property was that he was reliable and responsive, and really knew his properties. I could always trust his judgement to solve any problems - both to the satisfaction of the tenant and also avoiding unnecessary costs for me as a landlord. For the 2 houses that he sold for me, the sale was quicker than I had hoped and both times we got a better price than I expected. I very happily recommend him to friends.

He took away the pain associated with managing investment properties, finding good tenants, dealing with not so good tenants, maintenance issues etc. When we finally decided to sell up and buy our dream property, Shane went over and above to ensure we bought for the best price and sold for the best price.
